Rera ne builder ko refund ya compensation dene ka order diya.Builder mana nahi karta aur appeal file karta hai. Yahan Real Estate Appellate Tribunal case sunta hai aur final decision deta hai.
Situation 2: Compensation Amount Dispute
Buyer ko lagta hai RERA ne kam compensation diya. Wo bhi appeal kar sakta hai.
Tribunal dono sides ko sunta hai. Evidence check karta hai. Phir order pass karta hai.
Yeh process well-structured hai. Random nahi.

Yeh rule buyers ke liye strong protection hai. RERA Act ke Section 43(5) ke according: Agar promoter (builder) appeal karta hai, toh usse: At least 30% penalty amount deposit karna hota hai

Wo amount jo allottee ko payable hai (as decided by RERA) Deposit ke bina appeal entertain nahi hoti.

Appeal generally 60 days ke andar file karni hoti hai RERA order ke baad. Agar delay ho, toh sufficient reason dena padta hai. Isliye documents ready rakhna important hai.

Har case 60 din me close ho jaye, ye guarantee nahi hoti. Lekin law speed encourage karta hai.
